Carroll previously held executive and consulting roles at IBM, including HR Leader for the Analytics business, Global Executive Succession & Development Director, and Director of IBM’s global executive leadership development and assessment portfolio. She led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on identifying, assessing, and developing leaders through action learning, leadership programs, assessment centers, and large-scale change efforts.
